A soil scientist who has to publish one line for the whole unit has no honest option but to decline. That is what the reactivity field is doing: not hedging, just recording that the answer changes from one truckload to the next. The two phrases that do not change are the ones a turf installer should care about most. "Unconsolidated" means the material has never been packed to a stable density.
